2001 E38 750iL Sport w/factory shadow line trim & staggered M-Parallel wheels

Located in Ashburn, VA, near Dulles Airport and about 30 miles from Washington DC

Purchased from South Bay BMW in Hermosa Beach, CA in June 2004 with 23k miles on the clock. Current mileage is 65,200 (average 7,240 miles a year).

The car is always garaged at home and at work. All receipts included. The car was under BMW CPO warranty until May of 2007.

KBB value is $16,500. My price is negotiable.  I'm not looking to make a profit, only to get a fair price.

The vehicle is very clean. It just had a complete professional interior, exterior and engine bay detail and is garage stored NOTE: The car was not detailed in the below images. I will take updated pictures just as soon as I can.

Maintenance/Upgrades

2009:

New tires - OEM size Michelin Pilot Sport AS+. Inspection II, replaced cracked exhaust mounts, transmission fluid and filter change, differential fluid replacement, coolant hose replacement and coolant system flush, drive belt replacement.

2008:

ABS computer replacement, thermostat replacement, intake bank #1 vacuum leak repair, 4 injectors replaced, transmission wiring harness replacement, trans fluid BG fluid flush and filter and passenger-side xenon low beam bulb replaced. Alignment, rotation and balance done in January.  Power steering hose, upper coolant hose replacement and brake fluid flush. Replaced oil filter housing mount bushings. v29.1 NAV software is installed. Replaced corner bumper trim pieces and replacement headlamp washer nozzles due to normal wear and tear. Oil change, repair damaged sunroof rails. Transmission torque converter replaced.

2007:

Replaced the under-dash cabin filters (the PITA ones!) in November.

Replaced all pads and rotors (DIY) in October.  All rotors are Brembo - slotted in the front and solid in the rear.  The pads are Pagid OEM replacements.  I like them better than the OE Jurids because they dust less, bite more and don’t squeal at all.

The instrument cluster was replaced under warranty due to dead pixels in March.

2006:

New tires (OEM Michelin Pilot Sport A/S) alignment and balance and Inspection II in November 2006.  Inspection II was done by an Indy in Alexandria - Gary Martin (www.martinmotorsportsinc.com)  The guibo was also replaced at the time.
   
2005:

Both power steering hoses, rear window regulator and radiator were replaced under warranty

WeatherTech front and rear all weather floor mats (tan) and trunk liner (black).

Stock radiator was replaced with aftermarket after it started leaking after replacement, which is a chronic E38 7-series problem.  Installed the Zionsville Autosport Aluminum radiator and electric fan, which also took the E38 7-series exploding fan clutch problem out of the mix as well.  Gary martin also installed those components. (Parts alone were $1,165.00 and I think Labor was another $900.

NAV was upgraded to MKIV DVD-based unit ($845.00 in June 2005) v29.1 software is installed and NAV DVD 2007.2 included.  

Amplified Infinity Basslink-T subwoofer in the trunk.  Bass is adjustable but dialed down to complement the stock system rather than overpower it.  Does a great job in my opinion - very subtle and tasteful.

Victor steering wheel - about $800 and much nicer (thicker) than the stock unit. 
 
Two very light dings in the hood and one on the roof that can taken out via paintless dent repair.  One scratch on the back of the trunk lid.
